My name is Jennifer, and I offer holistic, heart-centered support for individuals, families, and communities navigating life’s most profound transitions. I work with all forms of loss — including death, relationship endings, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, chronic illness, major life changes, and other experiences of grief that touch the body, heart, and spirit.
As a Credentialed Thanatologist, I support individuals through grief and loss by blending evidence-based education with gentle, integrative practices such as breathwork, somatic awareness, energy work, and mindful movement. This body-centered approach helps the nervous system feel supported, allowing grief to move through with care, compassion, and steadiness.
With over a decade of experience in end-of-life and grief care, trauma-informed practice, and integrative healing, I walk alongside clients through every stage of loss. I also support families navigating end-of-life transitions, home funerals, and legacy planning, offering grounded guidance, education, and a calm, compassionate presence.
Additional studies include: death psychology, grief and addiction, the sixth stage of grief, Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry, and related approaches to healing and integration.
I believe grief is not something to fix, but something to honor, tend to, and integrate. If you or someone you love is moving through a season of loss, you are not meant to do it alone. I invite you to reach out so we can create space for healing, meaning, and support through life’s most tender moments.

Through connection, empathy, and transformative practices, my mission is to create a space where everyone feels supported, valued, and equipped to heal and grow together. By fostering open lines of communication around life, death, and beyond, I aim to provide a safe, compassionate environment where difficult conversations are encouraged, and the journey of loss can be navigated with understanding and peace.

C.A.R.E.
At the heart of my practice is a commitment to compassionate and holistic care, rooted in these guiding principles. Each value forms a foundation for healing, transformation, and peace during life’s most profound transitions.
